The website does everything the customer app does. The app adds live tracking, order history and instant alerts.
Mistris register in the ProMistri Partner app — Aadhaar KYC, face verification and your tool list all happen there, so you can start taking jobs the same day.
How a job runs
Nothing is taken up front. Charges are held in an escrow account and released only after you hand over the completion OTP.
Pick the trade and the mode. Nothing is charged to book.
The job goes to verified partners nearby. Service and travel charges move into escrow when one accepts.
Track arrival live. Any material bought is photographed and approved by you, at zero commission.
The mistri uploads after-work photos first. Only then does the OTP screen unlock for you to approve.
Funds split automatically on OTP entry, with a GST invoice issued to you the same moment.
Service area
Coverage is switched on city by city. If your pin falls outside a live zone, the app will tell you rather than take a booking it cannot fill.
